Barnes Richards Rutter is experienced in dealing with the Administration of Estates whether or not there is a will. We recognise that it is a time where a sympathetic approach is paramount.

We know that there is a view that finalising an estate takes a long time and is expensive. Our own experience is that we can obtain Probate and administer an estate within a time scale that is very reasonable and that our costs are highly competitive.
