You have decided on your new home; whether you are a first time buyer or have been through the process before it can be stressful. It does not need to be and it is our aim to make the process as smooth as possible

If the person who is dealing with your case is for any reason unavailable we have experienced staff who can handle most of your practical enquiries and provide you with a progress report by telephone. They will be pleased to give you assistance.

What will it cost?

Fees are agreed in advance depending upon an assessment of the likely work involved. In any event you will be told what our costs will be at the outset. You will also, in certain circumstances, have to pay Stamp Duty, search fees, and in all cases Land Registry fees and out of pocket expenses details of which we will give you at the outset. If a purchase fails through no fault of our client we do not normally make a charge other than for monies paid out on their behalf.
