Simon Richards has practiced in Chepstow for some 15 years prior to the amalgamation on his own account, developing a successful High Street practice. He now provides advice with a bias towards conveyancing, wills and probate, Powers of Attorney and other non contentious work, but maintains an involvement in matrimonial law.

Paul Rutter has been a Partner in various firms since the early 1980’s. His experience has covered all aspects of High Street practice. He has also dealt with substantial commercial conveyancing on behalf of major commercial clients and has managed legal practices. He opened his own practice in Chepstow in 1993. He now advises principally in connection with matrimonial cases, employment law, commercial conveyancing and the purchase and sale of businesses and civil litigation.

Sue Powell has been with the firm since its formation and is well known locally for her efficient and sympathetic dealings with the sale and purchase of houses on behalf of our clients as a Conveyancing Assistant
