A timely response to all correspondence and to telephone enquiries within. If for any reason, eg absence from the office, this is not possible clients will be informed

Copies of all relevant documents and correspondence

 

Appointments as soon as possible – these can often be arranged within a day or two

 

Our offices cannot easily be accessed by those who have difficulty with steps (we have three leading to our entrance). If you feel that you may have a difficulty please telephone us to discuss a home visit.
